Budget Boudoir offers flat Rate Shipping of $10.00 on all orders and Free postage for all Australian orders over $100*.

Most of the items that weigh 22kg or less will be dispatched with Australia Post Internet enabled freight system. Orders within Metropolitan areas of capital cities, within the same city or town, between Metropolitan area of a capital city and country location will take approximately 3-4 days. Between country locations will take approximately 4-5 days

Once the order is dispatched, you will be given a tracking number, which you can use to view location of your item at various points in the delivery process via Australia Post online tracking tool.

On some orders Budget Boudoir may choose to use other freight companies to dispatch the items.

Budget Boudoir cannot guarantee a delivery on any specific dates or times as this is not something under our control. In the unlikely event if your parcel was not delivered and is returned to us, we will contact you via email. If there are any address discrepancies with your order and the product is returned to us, we will contact you via email, there may be a re-delivery cost.

Delivery of items is subject to availability, and we cannot accept responsibility or liability for any item it is not able to supply. However, we will offer you a store credit for any item that is unexpectedly delayed.

RETURNS

We thank you for your purchase, and we hope you are happy with the item you purchased, however, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may choose to return it to us for a full refund or exchange on most items within 14 days after delivery. All return must be post marked within 14 days after the item is delivered unless found to be faulty, which can be returned under warranty.

You must have a proof of purchase to be able to return the goods. To return an item, pleases contact us via the contact form. Please do not return any items before contacting us.

Any returned items must be in its original condition; unused, and still in the original packaging and with the original tags still attached. The cost of return postage is the responsibility of the sender, and we recommend using a trackable service. Budget Boudoir cannot accept responsibility if your returned item is lost in transit.

As much as we would like to assist you with the returns, there are some items which are excluded or cannot be returned due to Health and Hygiene reasons. Pillows, Quilts, Mattress Toppers, Bed Sheets once used and items on Sale or Clearance cannot be accepted for returns.

Budget Boudoir reserves the right to accept any request for returns.

PLEASE NOTE:

We reserve the right to refuse a returned items if the items do not comply to our returns policy. Refused items will be posted back to you and additional postage will be charged. We accept no responsibility for returns that are sent by non-traceable postage methods and are not received. Unfortunately, without the items we cannot issue an exchange or refund. We strongly suggest you send your returns using a traceable method.
